Lucy

Let's catch up on the wonderful life of Luc.  She is 6 months and 1 day old now.  99% potty trained, been a while since she had an accident, whether out of my laziness or spite.  Above is her, the day I brought her home.  I honestly didn't eat for three days, I just wasn't sure I was going to be the best for her.   So far so good, she has graduated puppy and intermediate classes.  She can sit, stay, play dead, rollover, and eat like a horse!   I love her more than anything right now, she is all I have out here in Denver.

There she is, graduated!  This is just from puppy class.  She is definitely basset, whines like one, eats like one, and is lazy like one.  I'd like to think I found her, but she found me.

To be continued

For those about to rock

Damn it's been awhile, eh?  I am currently still residing in the beautiful Colorado, Denver still.  I have been single for a year now, and I have my own place near SoBo, Baker neighborhood.  I got a puppy in October, which will consume my blog from this point on, I assume. Her name is Lucy, the basset hound mix.  I rescued her from the Boulder Valley Humane Society, and haven't looked back since.

I'll just start this by getting you caught up on my life.  I received my Bachelors degree in December... FINALLY!!!  I am now halfway through my first Masters course, and loving it.  It's just myself and Lucy presently.  I have been through a lot this past year, and have learned a lot about myself.  I learned that I have a profound love for big foot, yes....sasquatch.  I've also learned I love astronomy and have been getting into Stephen Hawking.  I find myself looking to learn more and strive to not be close minded.

I also have a new position at work since the last time I had an update.  I am now a regional coordinator, and make about twice as much as I used to.  I am enjoying my life and living it the way I want to.  Eventually, I'll head back to Minnesota, but for right now, I want to enjoy Denver and have fun with my friends.

Ok.. enough catching up, let's get into some more fun stuff.  Until next time.
